Here’s my answer:

I’ve learned that very few people change their minds in the comments section of social media. But a whole lot of people have never heard the hope of Jesus.

So while conversations about theology matter, I don’t want to become so consumed with the debate that I neglect the assignment.

Jesus’ final words in Matthew 28 and Mark 16 weren’t, “Win every argument.”

They were, “Go.”

Go make disciples.
Go preach the gospel.
Go pray for the sick. 
Go cast out demons.
