God Fulfills His Word

The little book of Ezra starts off with a powerful statement that can encourage anyone, "in order to fulfill the word of the Lord spoken by Jeremiah, the Lord moved the heart of Cyrus King of Persia."  God fulfills his word - every. single. time.  Sure, Kings make moves, people vote, decisions are weighed -- but the word of the Lord comes to pass because it is true and we can depend upon God's promises.
