Have you ever kept going simply because you’d already invested too much to turn back?

That’s called the sunk cost fallacy—and I was surprised to find it in Scripture.

In 2 Chronicles 25:9, King Amaziah was more concerned about the money he’d already spent than obeying what God had just said.

God’s response?

“The LORD is able to give you much more than this.”

Don’t let yesterday’s investment keep you from today’s obedience.
