Bitterness isn’t healing. It’s an attempt to self-medicate sorrow.

Bitterness won’t lead you out of your sorrow—it will only pull you deeper into despair.

Trust God with what hurt you instead of letting bitterness define you. He can do what bitterness never will: bring hope, healing, and tomorrow.
