Your Worth Never Changes to God
If I found a $100 bill on the sidewalk... or even lying in a mud puddle... I’d still pick it up.
Why?
Because its value never changed.
Sister, neither has yours.
No matter what you’ve walked through, how broken your heart feels, or what the enemy whispers about your worth, you are still deeply loved by God. Your circumstances don’t determine your value. Your Creator does.
God has never loved you more than He loves you right now.
When you read Tamar’s story (Genesis 38), you meet a woman who was exploited, overlooked, and desperate. Yet God saw her. He defended her. And in an astonishing act of redemption, He placed her in the family line of Jesus Christ (Matthew 1).
That’s the gospel.
Jesus doesn’t wait for you to clean up your mess before He comes near. He meets you in the middle of it.
“God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” — Romans 5:8
You can’t clean a fish before you catch it.
God isn’t asking you to fix yourself before coming to Him. He’s inviting you to trust Him as your Savior and let Him do what only He can do.
Whatever your story looks like today, He sees you. He loves you. And He is still writing a story of redemption.
