Soap and Water

Hardly earth-shattering - but according to the CDC, Americans need to use soap and water when washing their hands to prevent the spread of illness.  Paul urges believers in Ephesians 6 to put on the whole armor of God, and "pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests."  If you put on the whole armor and then don't pray -- you're all dressed up with no place to go.  Sort of like washing your hands without soap, it's not nearly as effective.
